Project 2 Body

For my second project I related the video camera to parts of my body (my legs and feet) for most of the video. In the middle of the project I separate the body from the camera which breaks the rhythm. I made the video to show and stress the everyday activity of walking or moving around as well as repetition of movement. When I separate the body from the camera the movement continues with the body however the camera stays still, showing the separation of the body from the camera and the break in rhythm. The content shows how when we are moving we see new areas around us yet when we are still we basically see the same area around us. The transparent ground with the still picture beneath it stresses the relationship between movement and stillness and how they can occur simultaneously.
